Salute

All if any of you are looking to fly IL2 let me know if you need help a lot of us that are in the AVG will be flying the Canvas Knights mod when it comes out. Heck it is like being in a Red Baron squad with all the old players on team speak alot of times we just shoot the bull if you want to catch up with a bunch of RB3D players stop by sometime if nothing more to say hello.

Py my machine is broke and I can't get Vista to install on a RAID 0 array, I just bought two new Barracuda 750 GB drives just for that. I still don't know for sure if there is some other hardware problem but I am now down to the array, MB, RAM and 1 video card. I am going to try to delete the array and use just one single drive, and then I am down to some bad memory or a bad MB or CPU. Point being I have little time to work on all this but I do want to get to where you are. Computers take a back seat to summer in MI, but when I get one day when I can actually work on this stuff I hope to be ready for Canvas Knights when it is ready. If you can post a baseline software configuration that I would need (i.e. IL2 with whatever patches that Canvas Knights would be added to) that would be a great help.

Here is instructions for playing IL2-1946 on-line

1. Install IL2-1946
2.patch it with 4.08m patch link below

3. go to All Aircraft Arcade and get the 1.1 unified installer it comes in 8 parts download them into a folder and when all 8 parts are in the folder click on part 1 it is an exe and will install all the others into your game rember you will have to direct it to your game here is the link

4. You will need a program called Hyperlobby link is below

you will have to setup your call sign and password it will also ask for your email. You will be also asked to point it to your games directory.

6. You might want a voice comes program such as Team Speak the link is below

scuse me  but  is this a mod for the IL2 ,,, that turns it into a ww1 flight sim or is there a disc out there for this ,,, then add these mods?  it sounds interesting .  I had been ding a lill flyin in OFF BHH  and it seems cool ,, but i haven't tried it online  yet ,, i haven't the time ,,  but i am interested in most ww1 flight sims
